On 26 June 2024, the Veg of Lund AB Annual General Meeting decided to change the company name to Dug Foodtech AB (publ). Subsequently, as of today, 4 July 2024, the company’s share is trading under the name Dug Foodtech with the short name DUG. The ISIN code remains the same, SE0013281979.
“The switch to Dug Foodtech is in line with our strategy to establish the company as an actor in the global market for innovative and sustainable plant-based food products based on our unique knowledge and technology to best explore the potential of the potato,” says Helene Nielsen, CEO at Dug Foodtech.
“The new company name is now the same as our brand and it will be clearer and easier to find our products as well as our shareticker. The work of changing names, e-mail addresses and logos takes place on an ongoing basis as part of the updated graphic profile for our products, which makes the change cost-effective,” says Helene Nielsen.
