Planteneers, a select group of food ingredient pioneers, is set to join the exclusive gathering at Future Food Tech San Francisco on March 13-14, 2025. With our functional food texturizing and stabilizing systems, we empower brands to cater to the flexitarian, vegetarian, and vegan consumer base. As a gold sponsor for the second consecutive year, we have curated a series of sessions that offer an exclusive insight into our work, our systems, and our identity.
Among the planned highlights:
- Innovating to make plant-based snacks with boosted protein content:
- More and more consumers are seeking easy-to-grab ways to boost their protein intake without boosting their meat intake. Protein-boosted snacks are the next step to increasing health and wellness in the plant-based space, yet it is a white space within the industry. Dr. Dorotea Pein, our Director of Technology and Innovation, will showcase how Planteneers’ ingredient systems can help food brands develop plant-based snacks that meet consumers’ protein needs.
