Over 18,000 visitors from all over the world are expected to flock to Las Vegas to leverage the expanded eco-system that has been created by bringing these two complementary events under one roof. With over 1,400 exhibitors confirmed, visitors will have unfettered access to top suppliers in the health, nutrition and supplement space, as well as the food and beverage ingredient industry. Collectively, they will showcase over 10,000 products spanning conventional and functional ingredients, herbal and natural medicines, flavors and fragrances, packaging and labeling solutions, and more.
In parallel to the show floor, the conference program will provide over 140 hours of insightful content. In the Fi North America Theater, industry experts and thought leaders will share their experiences, advice and success stories. ‘The future of food is upcycled: meet three ingredients leading the way’, ‘What does an inclusive industry look like?’ and ‘How to build a great-tasting functional beverage’ are among the sessions scheduled. The SupplySide West Stage will host a series of informative sessions, panel discussions and keynote presentations. These will cover a wide range of topics, from market trends and consumer insights to regulatory updates and business strategies. Those who cannot attend in person may purchase a Virtual Pass, which will allow them to live-stream all of the educational sessions and watch all content at their convenience.
The 2023 edition will also incorporate a number of experience-enriching features designed to inspire innovation. The New Products Zone will showcase the hottest food and beverage industry trends, while at the Tasting Bar, visitors will have the opportunity to sample the latest functional ingredients and culinary innovations. The IPA Probiotics Resource Center will offer a window into the latest advancements in the rapidly evolving area of probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics and synbiotics, and the Supplier Presentation Theater will provide a forum for suppliers to introduce their latest offerings to interested attendees.
As with all Informa events, sustainability is central to Fi North America and SupplySide West, both in terms of the content on offer as well as the behind-the-scenes organization. For the second year in a row, the show is partnering with the City of Las Vegas Tree Initiative along with its local vendor National Plant & Floral to help offset the urban heat island effect in the city.
Yannick Verry, Brand Manager, Food ingredients Europe and Americas, says: “We are very excited to be returning to Las Vegas for the largest gathering of buyers and suppliers in the North American food and nutrition industry calendar. What makes this year’s edition special is the breadth and depth of the experience on offer. We have built a strong value proposition around online and in-person opportunities for making business connections, sourcing ingredients and getting up to speed on industry developments. We urge visitors to maximize the value they derive from the event by taking advantage of all of the features on offer.”
