Attendees at IFT First can savor InnovoPro’s plant-based tacos with fiery ground chorizo and plant-based chicken, made possible by CP-XTURA65, the world’s first chickpea-based textured vegetable protein (TVP). In addition, Ingredion Incorporated, a leading global provider of ingredient solutions to the food manufacturing industry, is featuring beverage, snack and sauce prototypes featuring chickpea and pea protein blends at IFT First booth S1129. This collaboration expands the availability of next-gen chickpea proteins across North America following a recent joint distribution announcement of both companies.
